Reference is made to the rights offering in Aker BioMarine which was approved by the extra ordinary shareholder meeting on March 8, 2012. The following primary insiders have been allocated new shares in accordance with the allocation principles described in the prospectus dated March 13, 2012

Mr. Bjørn Flatgård, deputy chairman in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today been allocated 37 320 new shares in Aker BioMarine. In the rights offering, Flatgård exercised 37 320 subscription rights and subscribed for 37 320 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Following completion of the rights offering, Flatgård owns 201 337 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.

Mr. Tore Heldrup Rasmussen, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today, through his company Heldrup AS, been allocated 86 956 new shares in Aker BioMarine. In the rights offering, Heldrup AS exercised 86 956 subscription rights and subscribed for 86 956 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Following completion of the rights offering, Heldrup AS owns 597 619 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.

Ms. Wenche Rolfsen, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today been allocated 7 996 new shares in Aker BioMarine. In the rights offering, Rolfsen exercised 7 996 subscription rights and subscribed for 7 996 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Following completion of the rights offering, Rolfsen owns 43 141 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.

Mr. Hallvard Muri, CEO in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today, through his company ACCA AS, been allocated 149 283 new shares in Aker BioMarine. In the rights offering, ACCA AS exercised 149 283 subscription rights and subscribed for
149 283 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Following completion of the rights offering, ACCA AS owns
805 352 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.

Mr. Webjørn Eikrem, Executive Vice President in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today, through his company Tigerlilly AS, been allocated 564 867 new shares in Aker BioMarine. In the rights offering, Tigerlilly AS exercised 564 867 subscription rights and subscribed for 564 867 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Following completion of the rights offering, Tigerlilly AS owns 3 047 334 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.

Mr. Øystein Egner, controller in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today been allocated
15 000 new shares in Aker BioMarine. In the rights offering, Egner subscribed for 15 000 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,15 per share, of which 11 377 new shares was subscribed based on subscription rights. Egner has thus been allocated 3 623 shares beyond his subscription rights. Following completion of the rights offering, Egner owns 65 000 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA

In the rights offering, Arnholdt exercised 5 119 subscription rights and subscribed for 5 119 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,15 per new share. Following completion of the rights offering, Arnholdt owns 27 619 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.
