Preliminary notice of Aker BioMarine ASA annual general meeting (13.03.09)
Please see attached preliminary notice of annual general meeting for Aker BioMarine ASA, attendance ballot and annual report for 2008. The notice of the annual general meeting and attachments will be sent to all shareholders with an known address separately on 19 March 2009.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 2 April 2009 at 11.00 hrs at Felix Konferansesenter, Aker Brygge, Oslo. Ballots will be distributed at the meeting venue from 08.00 hrs to 10.00 hrs on the day of the annual general meeting.
The meeting will be combined with “Aker-dagen,” where the Aker companies host an open day especially organized for high-school and university students, teachers, and student advisors.
