Mr. Muri (1960) was appointed president and CEO in April 2009. He was previously CEO of Constructor Group, Europe’s leading supplier of storage and archiving solutions. The core of this company is the former Aker Material Handling, which Aker sold in September 2007. Mr. Muri led the turnaround process of Aker Material Handling, turning the company to profitability and a leading market position in Europe. He held executive positions in Aker from 1995, including CFO and later General Manager in American Seafoods Group in the US and Executive Vice President of Aker (2002-2003). Mr. Muri holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management. Mr. Muri is a Norwegian citizen.

Fredrik Dokk Nygaard (1976) joined Aker BioMarine in July 2009. Mr. Nygaard has been with the Aker group since February 2001. He has a diverse background and has worked with several of the Aker group companies, with primary focus on M&A, Business Development and financing. Mr. Nygaard has a Master of Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management. Mr. Nygaard is a Norwegian citizen.

Matts Johansen (1976) joined Aker BioMarine October 2009. Mr. Johansen joined Aker BioMarine from his current position as Chief marketing Officer/Chief Commercial Officer at Telefonica O2, where he previously held executive positions since April 2005. He also gained valuable experience during six years as a management consultant for large international companies. Mr. Johansen was educated at Oslo University College and Columbia University in New York. At Aker BioMarine, Mr. Johansen is in charge of all sales, marketing, research and development activities, as well as leading Aker BioMarines subsidiary in US. Mr. Johansen is a Norwegian citizen.

Webjørn Eikrem (1960) was SVP of Operations in Aker BioMarine before taking up the EVP position. Prior to this, he was part of the management team of Aker Seafoods Corp and Aker Seafoods. Between 1988 and 2006 worked for American Seafoods in Seattle, USA, where he was a Captain on most of the company’s fleet of at sea catcher processors. Later he worked as Fleet Captain until he moved back to Norway in 2006 to work for Aker Seafoods. Mr. Eikrem has a Navigational education from the Maritime Academy in Ålesund, Norway. Mr. Eikrem is a Norwegian citizen.
